SEARCH INVOICE DATA FROM THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION

Search output and input invoice data from the website of the General Department of Taxation to help look up and compare invoices for purchased and sold goods and services to check the validity of invoices, in order to promptly detect Illegal invoices.

Search steps:

1. Step 1: visit website hoadondientu.gdt.gov.vn. Log in to your account at the "Login" button in the right corner of the screen. Then enter the e-invoice account and password provided by email in the first e-invoice registration.

2. Step 2: Click on the "Search" tab in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Invoice search"

3. Step 3: Select the tab "Look up sales electronic invoices" to view sales invoices, select the "Look up purchased electronic invoices" tab to view purchase invoices. Required to enter information in fields marked with an "*" when looking up.

Note: in the "Test results" field when looking up purchased electronic invoices. We need to look up the contents "Invoice code issued", "General Department of Taxation received without code", "General Department of Taxation received invoice with initial code from the cash register".
